Azerbaijan to hold online teacher recruitment contest

Contests to conclude perpetual employment contracts with teachers recruited by fixed-term contracts will be held online in Azerbaijan.

Ministry of Education told Report that the contests would be organized on the Microsoft Teams platform, and the first stage will cover teachers of secondary schools in Baku.

Participation in the online contest is voluntary; information will be sent to the candidates' page. Candidates who could not participate in the competitions retain the right to participate in traditional competitions. They will be able to participate in contests after the restriction on movement under the special quarantine regime has been removed.
