Azerbaijan to conduct diagnostic assessment of teachers

Azerbaijani Education Minister Jeyhun Bayramov signed an order on approval of the "Rules for the diagnostic assessment of knowledge and skills of teachers, psychologists and other pedagogical staff working in state educational institutions teaching general education" and conduct a diagnostic assessment.

Report informs that the order states that in order to increase the social well-being of teachers working in the fields of art and creativity at the Baku Choreography School, Republican Arts Gymnasium, and the Secondary Music School named after Bulbul, Fizuli district boarding school named after M.M. Khazani, as well as assessing the level of professionalism and educational needs of school psychologists a diagnostic assessment of persons from this category should be carried out before the end of the year.

Human Resources Departments have been instructed to organize and conduct a diagnostic assessment before the end of this year.

Supervision of the execution of the order has been entrusted to the head of the apparatus.
