Ramil Usubov appointed Secretary of Security Council under President of Azerbaijan

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed an order to dismiss Ramil Usubov from the post of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan on June 20.
Ramil Usubov was appointed Secretary of the Security Council under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan by another order of the Head of State.
