President allocates AZN4 million for TV watchdog

President Ilham Aliyev allocated one-time financial assistance to private nationwide television and radio broadcasters in the Republic of Azerbaijan.

In order to provide additional support to private nationwide TV and radio channels, broadcasting via the Azerspace-1 satellite and other means, AZN4 million has been allocated to the National TV and Radio Broadcasting Council from the presidential reserve fund for 2021, Report informs.
