Ilham Aliyev: "Signing the act of Armenia's capitulation is the proudest event in my life"

The historic victory of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces will forever remain in our history, President Ilham Aliyev said, speaking to the personnel of the Defense Ministry's Special Forces Unit N on April 30 on the occasion of the 23rd anniversary of the establishment of the Special Forces, Report informs.

"All the Armed Forces made a valuable contribution to this victory, the enemy knelt before us and was forced to sign the act of capitulation with his own hands. It is perhaps one of the most memorable, happiest, and proudest moments in our history and in my life. Signing the act of Armenia's capitulation is the proudest event in my life," the head of state added.
