The First Vice President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mehriban Aliyeva, has shared an Instagram post on the occasion of the birthday of one of the renowned representatives of Azerbaijan’s scientific elite, academician Arif Pashayev, Report informs, citing AZERTAC.
