European Court dismisses Armenia’s complaint regarding Azerbaijan's Lachin

The European Court of Human Rights dismissed the complaint of the Armenian state regarding the city of Lachin, Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Court of Azerbaijan Chingiz Asgarov said in his statement to Report.

"The complaint states that Azerbaijan should not evict the Armenians living in Lachin and not issue such an ultimatum. Of course, people who have settled illegally will not stay there. If you live legally in Lachin, then why are you afraid? You run away because you live there illegally. It is also obvious. The European Court rejected their complaint," the Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Court emphasized.
