Azerbaijan to improve law on public participation

"We are receiving proposals to improve the law on public participation," Vusal Guliyev, Head of the Sector of the Department for Work with Non-Governmental Organizations and Communications of the Presidential Administration, said in response to Report's inquiry.

According to him, these proposals are also voiced at zonal meetings held in the regions with the support of the State Support Agency for Non-Governmental Organizations: "We will voice these proposals when we hold a final conference in Baku in mid-June. After discussions, general proposals will be submitted to the Milli Majlis."
