Azerbaijan establishes Business Development Fund 

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on improving governance in the field of state support for entrepreneurship development, Report informs.

Upon the decree, the Business Development Fund under the Ministry of Economy was established through the reorganization of the Entrepreneurship Development Fund public legal entity and Azerbaijan Investment Company OJSC by being merged.
