Upcoming Victory Congress delegates pay homage to Alley of Martyrs

Participants in the 5th Congress of World Azerbaijanis, which is scheduled in Shusha, paid homage to the Alley of Honor and the Alley of Martyrs.

Report informs that the delegates paid homage to the graves of national leader Heydar Aliyev and prominent ophthalmologist, Academician Zarifa Aliyeva, and laid flowers at their graves.

The delegates also visited the first and second alleys of martyrs.

The V Congress of the World Azerbaijanis in Shusha will be held on April 22-23.

The congress will be the first large gathering of the Azerbaijani diaspora after the liberation of Karabakh, which in recent years has demonstrated high organization and solidarity and has played a special role in informing the international community about the realities of Azerbaijan. The event will be attended by about 400 representatives of the diaspora from 65 countries.
