Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan mull cultural cooperation

Uzbekistan's Minister of Culture Ozodbek Nazarbekov is on a visit to Azerbaijan to participate in the Uzbek Culture Days, Report informs, citing Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Culture.

As reported, a meeting was held between Nazarbekov and Azerbaijan's Minister of Culture Adil Karimli.

During the meeting, it was noted that the two countries have a common history, cultural roots, and similar traditions. The deepening of cultural relations and the work in this direction were discussed.

It was noted that the friendly attitude of the heads of state plays a special role in the successful development of bilateral relations, especially cultural ties, between Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan.
