Palmali Shipping Company tanker vessel hold in port in Denmark

Baku. 19 January. REPORT.AZ/ Owned by Palmali Shipping Company oil tanker vessel ‘Agsu’ was hold in Kalundborg port, Denmark.

The reason for this is the identification of flaws on the ship owned by ‘PAL SHIPPING TRADER THREE’ Company, Report informs citing ‘Deniz Haber Ajansı’.

According to the information, the tanker vessel sailed from port of Gothenburg in Sweden and reached Kalundborg port in Denmark on January 11 was inspected and supervised by Danish inspectors according to the Paris Memorandum of Understandingon Port State Control (Paris MoU).

As a result, a document was issued to ban the travel and arrest of ‘Agsu’ tanker vessel.

According to information, in connection with the non-elimination of identified technical flaws, the tanker vessel cannot leave the port for eight days.
