Minister: Stability attracts investors to Azerbaijani market

“The stability in the macroeconomic, macro-fiscal, and primarily political areas, and the infrastructure security that Azerbaijan has achieved in the region, make it possible to predict that investors specializing in the industrial sector, who have so far shown less interest in our market, will enter the Azerbaijani market,” Azerbaijani Economy Minister Mikayil Jabbarov said, Report informs.

According to Jabbarov, fragmentation tendencies are intensifying in the world economy, and economic stability is being violated.

“We unequivocally predict that the ‘Great Return’ will remain a driver of economic growth for us,” he said.

“The transport and logistics sector is also facing challenges worldwide, with tangible changes taking place in the region. The disruption of transport links between Russia and Western Europe, the pressure caused by the transport of necessary goods between the East and Europe, are an opportunity for Azerbaijan, and we take this into account in our steps and strategy,” the minister emphasized.
