Kazakhstan-Azerbaijan trade in agriculture revealed

There is a huge potential for mutually beneficial cooperation between Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan in the field of agriculture, President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said during a joint press statement with President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, Report informs referring to Kazinform.

“According to the results of last year, the volume of bilateral trade in agricultural products increased 3 times and amounted to $146 million. Thus, agriculture today accounts for more than a third of our total trade turnover. We noted the importance of further increasing mutual supplies of agricultural products,” Tokayev said.
