Inam Karimov: Azerbaijan can benefit from Israel's experience in field of Smart Village

Azerbaijan is building a Smart Village in the liberated territories and can benefit from Israel's experience in this field, Azerbaijan's Minister of Agriculture Inam Karimov said on Monday at the innovation forum of the two countries on Agriculture and Education.

According to him, Azerbaijan has declared the liberated territories a green energy zone.

The minister emphasized that ties between Azerbaijan and Israel are at a high level, and there is potential to expand these relationships:

"We organized a business forum between two states in 2021 in Israel, and companies from the two countries participated. Last year, the Minister of Agriculture of Israel visited Azerbaijan and participated in the forum. I believe that bilateral meetings and events positively affect our cooperation. Today's panel will also have a positive impact on our partnership."
