The Hungarian airline Wizz Air may organize flights from Baku to the Middle East, Pakistan, India, Poland and German-speaking countries, Report informs.
These issues were discussed at the meeting between Chairman of the State Tourism Agency Fuad Naghiyev and Hungarian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Tamas Jozsef Torma.
The ambassador informed about the meeting held on January 12 between CEO of the Azerbaijan Tourism Board Florian Sengstschmid and Executive Vice President of Wizz Air Owain Jones.
According to the ambassador, the meeting participants noted the importance of the Middle East, Pakistani and Indian markets for Azerbaijan in recent years, touched upon marketing activities in Poland and German-speaking countries. The intensification of ties with Japan and South Korea was also noted.
