Prices of 5-star hotels soar in Baku

In Baku, the average cost of a room in a five-star hotel exceeds 230 manats per day on booking.com, Report informs, citing the State Tourism Agency of Azerbaijan

In particular, the average price of a room in 3-star hotels in Baku was 75 manats ($44), the price in 4-star hotels was 108.6 manats ($64), and the price in 5-star hotels was 236.9 manats ($139).

Compared to the same period last year, prices in 3-star hotels decreased by 33%, and in 4-star hotels, the decline was by 30%. Meanwhile, the prices in 5-star hotels increased by 25%.
