Expenses for maintenance of Shusha Hotel-Congress Central Complex to be transferred to specialized company

The expenses for the maintenance of the Shusha Hotel-Congress Central Complex are planned to be transferred to a third-party manager, that is, a specialized company, Azerbaijani Deputy Economy Minister Elnur Aliyev said at a meeting of the Parliamentary Committee on Economic Policy, Industry and Entrepreneurship, Report informs.

He noted that the management of the complex will remain on the balance sheet of the ministry.

“The complex was built in a year, and until the last moment, changes and additions were introduced into it on behalf of the management. For this reason, additional, unforeseen expenses arose. Such issues cannot be predicted in advance,” the deputy minister added.

The foundation of the Shusha Hotel-Congress Central Complex was laid on August 29, 2021, and on May 10, 2023 it was opened. The complex is located in the city center on Victory Road.
