Tokyo-2020

The 32nd Summer Olympic Games which were postponed in 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic are underway in the Japanese capital Tokyo from July 23 until August 8 this year.

Azerbaijan will be represented by 44 athletes. 9 of the licenses were claimed in judo, 7 in wrestling, 5 in a team on group exercises in rhythmic gymnastics, 1 in multi-sport event, 5 in boxing, 3 in karate, 2 in athletics, 2 in swimming, 2 in taekwondo, 2 in artistic gymnastics, 1 in shooting, 1 in bike racing, 1 in fencing, 1 in badminton, 1 in triathlon, 1 in stand shooting (wild-card).
