Warlick: By selling weapons to Armenia, France irritates Azerbaijan

Since Baku and Yerevan are close to signing a peace treaty, sale of arms by France to Armenia is a new provocative element in the relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan, said James Warlick, former US Co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk Group, Report informs referring to NEWS.am.
According to Warlick, France should have concluded an arms delivery deal with Armenia after the latter’s signing of the peace agreement with Azerbaijan.
It is unfortunate that when we are approaching the signing of a peace agreement, such a step confuses and complicates the negotiations, he noted.
