Voting held at the Embassy of Azerbaijan in Tbilisi and the Consulate General in Batumi in connection with the snap presidential election ended at 19:00 local time.

The local bureau of Report informs that Azerbaijan's Ambassador to Georgia, Faig Guliyev, said that citizens showed high activity in polling station No. 47, which was established under the second Yasamal constituency No. 16. 89.04% of voters cast their votes. The voting took place in a completely free, transparent, and democratic manner. No violations were reported.

Consul General Parviz Ismayilzade told the local office of Report that Azerbaijani citizens temporarily living, working, and studying in Batumi showed high activity in the election process.
