Ukraine reveals Russia's losses since start of war

Russia's total losses since the start of the all-out invasion in Ukraine made 27,700 soldiers, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said on Facebook, Report informs, citing Ukrinform.

According to the General Staff, between February 24, 2022 and May 16, 2022, Russia also lost 1,228 tanks, 2,974 armored fighting vehicles, 577 artillery systems, 195 multiple launch rocket systems, 89 anti-aircraft warfare systems, 200 aircraft, 165 helicopters, 13 boats/cutters, 427 unmanned aerial vehicles, 42 special equipment units. Over the past day, Russian troops have suffered the highest losses in the Bakhmut and Zaporizhzhia directions. The data are yet to be updated.
