Ukraine repulses attacks of Russian forces in 5 directions

The Armed Forces of Ukraine repelled the attacks of Russian troops in the areas of 5 settlements, Report informs referring to the General Staff of the Armed Forces.

During the day, the Russian Armed Forces fired from tanks, mortars and artillery in the Kharkiv, Slovyansk, Kramatorsk, Bakhmut, South Buh directions.

In the South Buh direction alone, the enemy shelled more than 26 settlements. All attacks were repelled.

“It was confirmed that 9 areas of concentration of enemy manpower and military equipment, 3 strongholds, a rear command and control post and 2 positions of anti-aircraft missile systems were hit. In addition, our air defense units destroyed one Su-24 aircraft, three cruise missiles and one enemy UAV in various directions,” reads the message.
