Ukraine considering cutting diplomatic ties with Russia 

"I received a request from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to break off the diplomatic relations with Russia," President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said, Report informs, citing UNIAN.

The head of state said he would consider the request of the ministry.

Zelensky also touched upon the appeal of separatist leaders to him: "We do not talk to them. We don't understand who they are. "

The leaders of the so-called Luhansk and Donetsk "republics" in the Donbas region of Ukraine have called on Ukraine to liberate the region from the military altogether.
