Turkish armed forces kill 26 PKK terrorists in Iraq

The Turkish armed forces killed 26 members of the PKK in a cross-border operation in northern Iraq, Report informs citing TASS.

According to preliminary information, in the course of the special operation, codenamed Pence Kilit, 26 terrorists were killed,” the Turkish National Defense Ministry said on Tuesday.

Ankara considers PKK a terrorist organization and one of the major threats to its national security.
