Turkish official: 1915 events have become topic of dirty politics

The events of 1915 became the subject of dirty politics, Fahrettin Altun, Turkish Presidency's Director of Communications, said, Report informs.

According to him, Turks and Armenians have demonstrated a culture of coexistence:

"While the events of 1915 should have been the subject of history, they have become the subject of dirty politics. Misconceptions about the events of 1915 are being propagated."
