Metaphorically speaking, the "car" - the Armenian army - is run by people who not only have no "driving license", but also don't know how to drive a car. In this case, the "car" will inevitably slide into the abyss, and that's what happened, former president of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan told the local media, Report informs.
"The authorities brag about huge defense spending (this year's spending is expected to be $1.2 billion - ed.), forgetting that the dollar in 2023 is not the same as it was in 1994, 2004 or 2014. After 2018, Armenia in general received no military-technical support," he said.
The former president criticized the current government. Sargsyan accused Pashinyan's team of lying.
