Sergey Naryshkin says Ukraine's counter-offensive operations failed

The counter-offensive operations launched by the Armed Forces of Ukraine failed, the Director of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR), Sergey Naryshkin, told journalists on the sidelines of the 19th session of the Meeting of Heads of Security Bodies and Intelligence Services of the CIS member states on December 14, Report informs via TASS.
"Ukraine has failed. That's how we assess it. Ukraine has not achieved any success on the battlefield. Ukraine has suffered serious losses both in terms of manpower and military equipment," he said.
