Russia sees over 600 COVID-related deaths per day

Russia recorded 612 deaths from COVID-19 over the past day.

To date, 67,832 people have died due to COVID-related health complications in Russia, Report informs.

Meanwhile, medical specialists registered 21,887 new cases of coronavirus infection in 85 Russian regions, taking the country’s total case count to 3,655,839.

As many as 2,363 or 10.8% of the new patients show no symptoms of the disease.

Over the past day, Russian hospitals discharged 26,902 COVID-19 patients after their full recovery. Overall, 3,054,218 Russians have coped with the disease during the pandemic.
