The number of casualties of the Russian Armed Forces since the beginning of the war in Ukraine has reached 43,000 servicemen, Report informs, citing the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Ukrainian Armed Forces eliminated 200 Russian servicemen and shot down a helicopter over the past day.

According to the General Staff, the Russian Armed Forces lost 1,846 tanks, 4,100 armoured vehicles, 974 artillery systems, 261 multiple rocket launchers (MRL), 134 air defence systems, 232 aircraft, 193 helicopters, 772 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV), 185 cruise missiles, 15 ships, 3,018 cars, and fuel tanks and 90 units of special equipment.

According to the General Staff, the Russian army's losses were the highest in the direction of Donetsk.
