Prime Minister of Georgia thanks Azerbaijan

Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Kobakhidze and the Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ramil Usubov, discussed strong strategic partnership and regional projects between the countries, Report's local bureau informs.

The parties discussed issues of cooperation between Georgia and Azerbaijan in a bilateral and multilateral format. The importance of stability and long-term peace in the region was emphasized at the meeting.

The head of the government thanked Azerbaijan for its continuous support to the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Georgia. In addition, Georgia's strong support for Azerbaijan's territorial integrity was noted.

Secretary of the National Security Council of Georgia, Minister of Internal Affairs Vakhtang Gomelauri took part in the meeting.
