Passenger bus overturns in Türkiye, injuring about 30 people

A passenger bus has overturned on the Sanliurfa-Gaziantep highway near the Suruc district in Türkiye, Report informs referring to TRT Haber.

As many as 27 people were injured in the accident.

The driver lost control and the bus overturned. Firefighters and the gendarmerie arrived at the scene of the accident.

The victims received first aid and were taken to hospitals in Sanliurfa and Nizip.

The bus was traveling from Van to Hatay, there were 43 passengers on board, including the driver.

An investigation into the accident has been launched.
