Klaar ending mission as EU special rep for South Caucasus

Representative for the South Caucasus Toivo Klaar is concluding his mission in this post today, Report informs.
"Today is my last day as EUSR for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia. Much has happened since I started almost 7 years ago, in November 2017. But one thing remains the same: The EU’s commitment to helping our neighbours in the region achieve sustainable and fair peace," he wrote on X.
