Kazakhstan to blacklist Russia's ethnic Armenian citizen

The Foreign Ministry of Kazakhstan may add Russian director and TV presenter Tigran Keosyan to the list of "undesirable persons" for the country, spokesperson for the ministry Aybek Smadiyarov said, Report informs, citing Zakon.

"His statement may reflect the views of certain groups of Russian public and political forces, but it is in contradiction with the spirit of cooperation between Kazakhstan and Russia at the level of heads of state. Such speeches poison the good-neighborly environment and play into the hands of the enemies. His name is expected to be included in the list of "undesirable persons,"" he said.

According to him, Tigran Keosayan ridiculed on his YouTube Channel the Kazakh government's decision on Russian-Ukrainian relations and the decision not to hold a parade in the country on May 9: "The fraternal countries must determine their side in the confrontation between Russia and the United States and NATO. Russia is watching closely to see who is with it."
