Iranian Foreign Ministry announces opening of virtual Palestinian embassy in Tehran

A virtual Palestinian embassy in Tehran has been created in the system of the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs as an experiment, spokesperson for the Iranian Foreign Ministry Nasser Kanaani said, Report informs referring to IRNA.

“In order to implement the law approved by Parliament on the opening of a virtual Palestinian embassy, the diplomatic apparatus carried out a number of measures in the legal, consular and administrative fields. An advisory opinion was also received on the Palestinian embassy in Tehran. This virtual embassy was created in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on an experimental level, so that we can study the technical issues and other aspects related to it better and more,” he noted.
