The Georgian State Security Service (DTX) cooperates with strategic partners to get more detailed information on detained persons during the terror attack and weapons seized from them, Report informs citing the statement provided by Georgian State Security Service.

It was noted that foreign media outlets spread photos of clips belonging to firearms that were used in the attack to mosques in New Zealand. They have symbols and inscriptions in various languages, including Georgian.

The State Security Service expressed condolences to the people of New Zealand over the terrorist attack.

Notably, last night two mosques in Christchurch city, New Zealand were attacked by terrorists. As a result, 49 people were killed and four suspects were detained in connection with the attack. Names of David Agmashenebeli and David Soslani are written in the Georgian language on the clips of the firearms seized from terrorists.
