Broadcasting scenes promoting LGBT issues on Georgian television will be prohibited, Speaker of the Georgian Parliament Shalva Papuashvili said, Report informs.

“This will be regulated by the family values ​​amendment to the constitution. Broadcasters will not be allowed to broadcast scenes depicting identification of a person of the opposite sex, same-sex relationships or intimate relationships. Advertisements with such content will also be banned,” the speaker said.
