For the first time, after a two-year break, direct flights have been resumed between Armenia and Turkey, Report informs referring to Sputnik Armenia.
The first flight on the Yerevan-Istanbul-Yerevan route was operated by the Armenian carrier Fly One Armenia. There were 65 passengers on board the plane.
Flights from Yerevan to Istanbul will initially operate twice a week - on Mondays and Fridays. In the future, flights will also be operated on Wednesdays.
