High voter turnout is one of the main indicators of democracy, Numan Kurtulmus, Deputy Chairman of the Justice and Development Party (AK Party), said on CNN Turk, Report informs.
According to him, voter turnout in Türkiye was over 80%: “This is quite a high indicator. Allegations of low voter turnout are unfounded.”
