Years have passed, and today, the idea that Karabakh will not have a future within Azerbaijan is not true, said Vigen Khachatryan, a member of Armenia's ruling Civil Contract faction, Report informs.
"Back in 1996, the then President of Armenia Levon Ter-Petrosyan put forward the idea that Karabakh had no future as part of Azerbaijan. Years have passed, and today, in my opinion, this is not the right idea," he noted.
