Armenian emergency minister: No question of a terrorist act in the explosion in Yerevan 

The Minister of Emergency Situations of Armenia, Armen Pambukhchyan, commented on the possibility that the incident in the "Surmalu" shopping center was a terrorist act, Report informs, citing Sputnik Armenia.

"When watching the video of the moment of the explosion, we will see that there is no question of a terrorist act. First, a fire broke out, and then the explosion occurred," said the minister.
