Armenia’s COVID-19 death toll hits 40

The number of confirmed coronavirus cases has reached 2,619 in Armenia, while one person lost life, Report says, citing Sputnik Armenia.

According to data, 40 people died from complications of the coronavirus in the country. Of those infected, six more died from other reasons.

Armenia has declared a state of emergency until May 14. However, the country has partially lifted restrictions on economic activity and movement of people since May 4.
