Abbas Araghchi, Iran's foreign minister, said the US blockade of Iranian ports in the Strait of Hormuz violated the temporary ceasefire, Report informs.
Writing on X, Araghchi said the blockade of Iranian ports constituted an act of war and therefore a breach of the truce.
He added: "Striking a commercial vessel and taking its crew hostage is an even greater violation. Iran knows how to neutralize restrictions, how to defend its interests, and how to resist bullying."
