Baku. 18 October. REPORT.AZ/  44 victims of the blast in Kerch are in hospitals, of them 7 are in critical condition. Report informs citing the RIA Novosti that the due statement came from Minister of Healthcare of the Russian Federation Veronika Skvortsova.

"12 people remain in the intensive care unit, seven of whom are in critical condition, three in serious, and two in condition of moderate severity," she said.

Some of the wounded were transferred to hospitals in Simferopol, Temryuk, Krasnodar and Moscow.

Notably, 20 people were killed as a result of the explosion and shooting at the technical college in Kerch.

According to the investigation, the student of the fourth year of college, 18-year-old Vladislav Roslyakov launched the shooting and then committed suicide.

The suspect had a permit for a 12-caliber rifle, and then acquired about 150 bullets and also assembled an explosive device.

A three-day mourning has been declared in Crimea.
