12 kiled, over 80 injured in Russian strikes over past 5 days in Ukraine

A total of 12 people have died and 85 people have been injured in Russia's strikes on Ukraine in the last 5 days, Ukrainian National Police official Victoria Ponamareva told Report.

"Among the 40 severely injured, 4 are young children. This time, various rockets and long-range artillery are also being used. The most intensive strikes are being carried out by unmanned aerial vehicles. In the capital Kyiv alone, four people have died and six have been injured as a result of these attacks in the last three days. Up to ten state and civilian facilities have been destroyed, and civilian vehicles have been rendered unusable.

The mentioned casualties also include the regions of Sumy, Chernihiv, Kharkiv, Donetsk, and Kherson besides Kyiv. Ukrainian police and Emergency Services continue their search operations at the incident sites," the official added.
