As of now 130 countries have responded to Trump's tariffs and have entered negotiations with the White House, according to National Economic Council Director Kevin Hassett, Report informs via Barron's.
The US has implemented 10% tariffs on goods imported from around the world. "People are coming to town with great, great offers," Hassett told CNN's State of the Union on Sunday, listing Japan, Korea, and India.
"It's kind of almost a two-world system," Hassett said. "There's a process about China, and that's very very nascent, if at all, and then the process for everybody else."
