US and China to create strategic communication channel

US President-elect Donald Trump and Chinese President Xi Jinping agreed during a phone conversation to establish a strategic communication channel between Washington and Beijing.
Report informs, citing China Central Television (CCTV), that this initiative will allow the US and China to exchange information "on major issues of mutual interest to both countries."
