UN chief calls for peace for millions of people living through horrors of war

Peace is the only practical pathway to a better world for all, UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres wrote on Twitter on the occasion of Peace Day, Report informs.

"Yet in too many places we are failing the cause of peace,” he said.

“As we mark Peace Day, I urge everyone to wage peace: Peace for our planet & for those millions of people today living through the horrors of war,” he tweeted.
