Ukraine Defense Minister: Russians bombing cities during official talks

Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksii Reznikov has addressed the nation.

According to Report, the minister said that the situation on the front was difficult.

He said although the Russian troops are large in number, they have already lost the initiative: "The situation in Mariupol is very tense. The Russians are committing a real genocide. We are trying to open humanitarian corridors. But it is very difficult. Because the Russians are bombing the city even during official talks."
