The President of the United States Donald Trump has met with Queen Elizabeth II, Report informs citing CNN.

This is Trump’s first official reception within the two-day official visit to the United Kingdom.

US President and his wife arrived at Buckingham Palace by helicopter. It is noted that this type of transport was chosen for security purposes.

Prince Charles accompanied Trump to the Western terrace of the Palace, where the President happily greeted the smiling Queen.

The President and his wife Melania Trump will attend the dinner with the Queen.
